This Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed via the website http://memorybox.com (the “Site”) and our services via our Applications (the “Apps”) (collectively, we refer to the Apps and all the Site as the “Service”) operated by MemoryBox and Mnemania, Inc. We want you to enjoy your time on MemoryBox and not worry that your privacy is being abused.

In addition to log data, we may also collect information about the device you’re accessing the MemoryBox service through, including what type of device it is, what operating system you’re using, device settings, unique device identifiers, and crash data. Whether we collect some or all of this information often depends on what type of device you’re using and its settings. For example, different types of information are available depending on whether you’re using a Mac or a PC, or an iPhone or an Android phone. To learn more about what information your device makes available to us, please also check the policies of your device manufacturer or software provider.

Cookies. We may automatically collect information using “cookies.” Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive by a website. Among other things, cookies help us improve our Site and your experience. We use cookies to see which areas and features are popular and to count visits to our Site.

Local Shared Objects. We may use local shared objects, also known as Flash cookies, to store your preferences such as volume control or to display content based upon what you view on our Site to personalize your visit. Third-party partners provide certain features on our Site and display advertising based upon your Web browsing activity using Flash cookies to collect and store information.

THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISEMENTS

We may also use third parties to serve ads on the Site or via the Apps. Certain third parties may automatically collect information about your visits to this and other websites, your IP address, your ISP, the browser you use to visit our Site or use the Apps (but not your name, address, email address, or telephone number). They do this using cookies, clear gifs, or other technologies. Information collected may be used, among other things, to deliver advertising targeted to your interests and to better understand the usage of the Service and the other Site tracked by these third parties. This policy does not apply to, and we are not responsible for, cookies or clear gifs in third-party ads, and we encourage you to check the privacy policies of advertisers and/or ad services to learn about their use of cookies and other technology. Information on opting out of third parties' use of cookies may be found at aboutads.info.

We may link to the Service via certain third-party websites and applications, such as Facebook. In those circumstances, your use of the Service will be subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions, whether you are required to click through or otherwise. In addition, the third-party website may also impose its own terms and conditions and privacy policies on your activities on their Site. HOWEVER YOU ACCESS THE SERVICE, BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY AND COMPLY WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND THE MEMORYBOX TERMS OF SERVICE AND WAIVE ANY OBJECTION TO THE ENFORCEABILITY THEREOF.
