Eight-time Daytime Emmy winner Anthony Geary, beloved by generations of viewers for his iconic portrayal of Luke Spencer on General Hospital, died Dec. 14 at age 78. A defining figure in daytime television, he helped shape one of the genre’s most enduring storylines. Geary is survived by his husband, Claudio Gama.
