Description:
Legendary titan in the music industry, Quincy Jones, best known as the architect of Michael Jackson’s Thriller, died Nov. 3 at age 91. Over his 75 year career he won 28 Grammy awards, and broke racial barriers in the music industry. Jones produced records for Jackson, Frank Sinatra, Diana Ross, Duke Ellington, and many more. In 1985, Jones gathered dozens of America's most popular singers of the time to record We Are the World, which he co-wrote.
