Description:
Bob Moore, founder of Bob’s Red Mill, died on February 12, 2024, at age 91. Moore and wife, Charlee, who died in 2018, founded the stone ground milling company in 1978. Bob’s Red Mill began serving customers in the Portland, Oregon before growing into a global brand. The company now sells more than 200 products in over 70 countries. Moore turned the company over to employees and, as of April 2020 it became entirely employee-owned.
