Joe, aka JJ, was born in Philadelphia to Joseph John Graci Jr. and Malfalda Graci (ne Diponziano). His wife is Anita Saint Clair, aka Samm of Philadelphia. JJ was father to Chris Graci and Kimberly Graci, as well as Chris Joerger, Bill Joerger, Anita Joy Jarkowsky, and Helene Muller. He was "Papa J" to 15 grandcihildren. He also has a sister, Kathy Cleary (Paul). JJ was uncle to four neices and nephews, and had multiple grand neices and nephews.
