Description:

9th generation descendent of the Noble Family which came to Virginia in 1670, then moved to Maryland, with a branch settling in Mercer County, Ohio, in 1808. Stafford graduated Amherst College in 1975 before attending American University in Cairo, Egypt. Served for years as Academinc Program Administrator for the Ohio State University Dept of Near Eastern Languages and Cultures. He will be missed by many. "Just do it!"
