Description:
Mr. Greedy, an African penguin at Baltimore's Maryland Zoo, died at age 33, outliving the specie’s life expectancy of 18 years. But Mr. Greedy is most famous for fathering over 200 descendants in in an effort to promote survival of his endangered species in North America. He leaves behind 230 descendants and 5 generations of offspring. Mr. Greedy also leaves behind his lifelong mate, Mrs. Greedy. She’s now the zoo’s oldest penguin.
