Description:
The shining light that was Mabel Mae Bailey, of York, Pa, was extinguished on February 4, 2020 after a brief illness. Mabel was born on Nov 9, 1963. She was a graduate of Hempfield High School. Mabel enjoyed working with the carnival for many years where she traveled and touched so many lives. She loved animals, especially her cat “Fatboyâ€. She was a kind and loving person who lived her life carefree. She was the daughter of the late Florence and James Bailey of Lancaster. She was the mother of the late David Allen Reed. She is survived by her two sisters, Dawn Bosley of Delaware and Denise Duke of Lancaster, as well as a brother, Jim Bailey of Michigan. Donations can be made to Hospice of York County in her memory.
