Memorial Memory of my aunt, Bitten (Birgit), my mother's sister: June 2, 1929 - Feb 1, 2018. Just as my Aunt Lilli went to the UK and my Mother Else to the US, Bitten migrated from Denmark to Canada. She married Ole Henning Nielsen, worked in his law office in Ontario, until he passed away in the early '90s, and then moved back to Denmark, spending the last years of her life in a nursing home, suffering from dementia at the end. RIP, Bitten.
