Description:
Francis Boyle, human rights lawyer and professor of international law died Jan 30 at age 74. Boyle served as counsel for Bosnia and Herzegovina, an architect behind the "Freedom Charter" of the TGTE following the end of the Sri Lankan Civil War, & supported the rights of Palestinians and indigenous peoples.
