Description:
Joyce Randolph, who was best known as Ed Norton’s wife, Trixie Norton, in the 1950’s classic sitcom, The Honeymooners, died on Jan. 13 at age 99. Ms. Randolph was the last survivor of a cast of four that dominated Saturday nights for millions in, what was, the golden age of live television. After The Honeymooners, she seldom worked as she was typecast in the role that brought her popularity. She is survived by her son, Randy.
